The SRL-Z series high-speed mixing unit is mainly suitable for the batching, mixing, coloring, drying of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, as well as the drying, devolatilization and other processes before the molding and processing of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate. It can also be used for the mixing of phenolic resins.
This unit combines hot mixing with process, and the materials that complete hot mixing automatically enter cold mixing for cooling, eliminating residual gases, and preventing agglomeration.
